As an expert in the field of Eating Disorders, this resolution always makes me cringe a little, because it is known through research and practice that diets can be a trigger or even a direct precursor to an eating disorder. Yet every year, millions of Americans make the annual pledge to lose weight, and it seems like this phenomenon is not going anywhere…
